Daniel VanHoesen was diagnosed with sarcoma cancer in January 2025 on his right leg. When they biopsied the growth, it had already spread to his lungs. Due to that progression, he was unable to receive any chemo to fight it off. He passed away less than 6 months later in July 2025.
