Create A Dedication

Create a personalized dedication page to honor or celebrate your loved one. Share their story and raise funds in their name to help others affected by sarcoma.

Thank you for sharing your story with the Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA). By sharing your story with the SFA, you agree that your story may be published on the SFA website or in other SFA materials, such as social media or the SFA newsletter, Sarcoma Spotlight. In addition,  SFA may edit the content of your submission. SFA retains the right not to publish any story, based on its judgment.  By submitting your story, photographs, videos, or other content (collectively, “Submission”), you agree to the following terms.
