The Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) is thrilled to be a partner of the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half! Experience the bright lights of New York City as the United Airlines NYC Half returns on Sunday, March 16, 2025. The 13.1-mile journey begins in Brooklyn, making its way over the historic Manhattan Bridge and FDR Drive. Runners also get the unique opportunity to run through Times Square (only 1 of 2 times that it is closed each year!) and finishing in Central Park.
When you choose to take part in the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half Race to Cure Sarcoma Team, you are choosing to join hundreds of others who want to make a difference for sarcoma patients and their families. Funds raised through our race team drive innovative research for sarcoma. Join SFA and the sarcoma community to be a part of the team!

Requirements
- Join the RACE TO CURE SARCOMA TEAM before December 31, 2024
- All runners must commit to a $1,500 personal fundraising goal
- Please Note: SFA provides access to a guaranteed entry for the United Airlines NYC Half. NYRR requires the participant to pay a race registration fee ($135 for NYRR members; $160 for non-members).
