July is Sarcoma Awareness Month, a dedicated time to shine a light on one of the most misunderstood and underrecognized cancers. Sarcoma is a rare cancer of the bones and soft tissues, accounting for only about 1% of all adult cancer diagnoses. Yet despite its rarity, it affects thousands of patients and families every year, and many go months without a correct diagnosis simply because awareness is so low.
That’s where you come in.
Whether you’re a patient, survivor, caregiver, clinician, or advocate, your voice matters. When more people have access to resources and education, when more researchers receive funding, and when more patients feel seen, outcomes improve.
Help us improve outcomes by sharing information on social media.
