Children’s Artwork Contest

SFA invites young artists to join our annual Children’s Artwork Contest to help raise awareness for sarcoma. Select entries are used on SFA materials.

Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) is holding a Children’s Artwork Contest to kick off Sarcoma Awareness Month this July. Submissions will be accepted through July 21, 2026, and selected winners will be announced at the end of July. The winning entries will be featured in SFA’s newsletter and social media and appear on SFA’s 2026 holiday cards.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES

  • Artwork must incorporate a yellow ribbon and/or sunflower.
  • Artwork can be any size and any medium.
  • Artist must be 18 years or younger at the time the artwork is submitted.
  • Submissions must be original artwork.

SUBMISSION RULES

  • Artwork must be received by July 21, 2026.
  • A photo of the artwork can be emailed to programs@curesarcoma.org.
    • Please include in your email the artist’s name, age, city and state of residence, and connection to sarcoma.
    • Please include in your email an adult contact person and contact information.
  • Optional picture: We are including a display of artwork submissions with pictures of artists holding their artwork at our Stand Up to Sarcoma Gala in October. If you’re comfortable with participation in this, please also attach in your email a photo of the artist holding their artwork and we’re happy to display this photo at the Gala!


**SFA reserves the right to share artwork submissions on social media, email communications, printed materials, etc. SFA will have the right to display artwork at events.**
