Martha Crews
Martha Crews, Director of Advancement, is a senior nonprofit development executive with more than 15 years of experience leading philanthropic strategy, donor engagement, and revenue growth for mission-driven organizations. She is passionate about connecting people to purpose and has a strong track record of building integrated fundraising programs, strengthening donor pipelines, and aligning development strategy with organizational priorities to drive meaningful, sustainable impact.
Most recently, Martha served as Vice President for Development at the ASHP Foundation, where she led all fundraising and development operations, helping to advance the organization’s philanthropic growth and deepen engagement with its community of supporters.
Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, where she was part of the Honors Program in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences, with a double major in Applied Statistics and Sociology. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
