Bruce I. March is Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Practice and Co-Chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice.  Bruce focuses his practice on representing private equity funds, family offices and other financial sponsors in all aspects of their investment activity, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, corporate restructurings, growth equity investments and start-up financings.  He also regularly works with family owned businesses in preparing for and executing on such transactions.

He is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in the corporate practice, who is equally committed to using his legal expertise to give back to the community. With a deep belief in the power of philanthropy, he has been actively involved in a variety of charitable initiatives, offering both legal counsel and hands-on support to nonprofit organizations and social causes.  In addition to his legal work, Bruce serves on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations, including KIDS in Distress, Jack & Jill Foundation and the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
